Hired good subs (except for the screen porch guys, who didn't do such a great job, but CIH worked with us and them to quickly remedy the issues). My only real complaint about CIH was that there was nothing whatsoever to complain about. So when friends would swap contractor horror stories at cocktail parties, we had no stores to tell.
